A big reason why the DJ industry doesn't get the respect it deserves is because of the many, unethical, flaky DJs who don't put a high priority on customer service and don't treat their clients with mutual respect. After all, if they just see a bride's wedding day as "just another gig," then why care at all?
MARINO M. REGALADO & his team of entertainers believe that a woman's wedding day is more than just a party to play at. Most brides we work with have been dreaming of this big day ever since they were little girls. They have invested a lot of time and money into making sure that this day goes perfectly. In terms of customer service, what sets us apart from others?
Marino only books ONE
EVENT per day. Marino believes that your wedding day is one of the most
important days in your life. You will not be treated as simply another
statistic or paycheck. Consequently, Marino reserves his services
exclusively for only one bride & groom per day. Once you have booked him as your
entertainer, feel relieved that he will not take another wedding in the morning or later
that night. Should anything arise, Marino will be ready to adapt and adjust
accordingly.Because he books only ONE EVENT per day, Marino helps you FEEL COMFORTABLE that YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON TO HIM on your wedding day. There are no split loyalties. There are no other parties he worries about on your day--just yours. |

We are a SMALL company. While a DJ company with
lots of new DJs may offer more options and a lower volume-based pricing structure, the
problem is that you may become just another number. Think about this: would you rather be
one of 1000+ clients a DJ company is juggling for the year, or one of 40 clients a single
operator may choose to personally work with? Think of it this way. Let's say a DJ company had 5 DJs and you had hired them for a low price. On that same day the other 4 events they had all cost more than your "expo special". If one of the other DJs got a better offer from someone else and decided not to show up, do you think they would let their higher priced events go without entertainment, or do you think they would let their lower priced events go without? As a single operator, Marino can provide PERSONALIZED SERVICE, and a much more personalized and customized event to match your unique style. Also, by hiring him, you do not have to worry about something getting lost in the translation from the secretary or office manager. Marino will be your DJ, and you deal directly with him. Marino will personally oversee all the details. |

We
are a FULL-TIME company. You'll at first feel good that you're saving money if a
DJ charges you a great "low rate." But can he make a living as a DJ by
having "the best price guaranteed?" Probably not. Chances are that
he's working a full-time job to support his DJ "hobby." What's the
drawback? During the week, he won't be able to answer your questions or meet with
you because he's working his "day job." At night, he's tired, so he won't
work on your event. On the weekends, he's at someone else's party.
If he's always busy, when will he find the time to answer your questions, return your
calls, rehearse his lines, and understand your program? Does that great "low
rate" still sound good when you are very low on your DJ's list of priorities?As a full-time company, Ninja Entertainment Productions will be there for you at YOUR CONVENIENCE. There's no other "full-time" job that will take time away from preparing for your event. This is our full-time job. During the week, Marino takes care of your paperwork, all the meetings with you and your vendors, returns your calls faithfully, buys our music, maintains our equipment, and spends a lot of time preparing for your big day. On average, he and his entertainers spend about 72 or more hours actively preparing for our client's special moment. On the weekends, we only entertain at ONE PARTY per day. The payoff occurs when everything goes well, and the bride is very happy at the end of the night. |

it fresh and original. After a while, even the best entertainers get boring
if they constantly repeat the same routines and jokes at every party. Have you been
to a party and seen the same routines and heard the same jokes from the same MC? Not
with MARINO M. REGALADO. Consider this - your local fire department, police department, lawyer, doctor and other professionals have training classes all the time. They are constantly learning new techniques, skills and ideas. Your entertainer should follow this example. Surprisingly, few DJs participate in the training that is available. One of the most important things you can verify is the DJ's level of training. Ask them what they've done in the past month or two that will make a difference at your celebration. A DJ should prove his investment in the DJ industry by participating in regular training. This is the best way to ensure the success of your event.
