20 -- 40 Hours of Preparation Time before the event.  Every celebration, from the most intimate cocktail party to the Academy Awards, involves some preparation to make it successful.  Ryan Seacrest puts in 15-20 hours beforehand to prepare for a one hour American Idol show.   Billy Crystal puts in four weeks to prepare for a two hour Academy Awards presentation.  MARINO M. REGALADO puts in 20-40 hours of preparation time to deliver 4-5 hours of the most fun, low-stress, and one-of-a-kind reception you will ever experience.

Professional Direction of The Flow of Events, working closely with everyone involved in carrying out your reception. MARINO and his entertainment team serve as the "directors" (much like Steven Spielberg) that make sure everyone knows what’s going on, everything runs on schedule, and that you don’t have to worry about anything.   Additional photography or video shots, unique arrivals, special songs, readings, toasts, presentations, or performances will be properly orchestrated to fit the flow of the reception.  This will ensure that no details are overlooked, freeing you to spend more time on what is important—enjoying quality time with your family & friends!

A visit to your reception location several weeks before your celebration, to understand the logistics and layout of your unique party way in advance.

A Personalized Wedding Reception Planner, to help you plan and organize all the important details of your wedding reception. Marino will help you create an agenda for your entire reception, which will be given to your photographer, caterer, videographer, and anyone else who needs it.  This detailed agenda will be based upon our consultations with you so that all your wedding professionals are working together as a team to create your ideal reception.

First-rate, full-time customer service to take care of all your entertainment concerns and questions.

Large selection of music in many styles, on compact disc and legally bought MP3 format ("music from the 40s to the Top 40"), including light background music for dinner & cocktails, and "event music" for those important special moments of your reception (the cake-cutting, the bouquet toss, the garter throw, etc.), so that you and your guests hear the kind of music that you all like to hear.

bryanvannessa-withmarinoandbrandon.jpg (13163 bytes)Day of Event Preparation, Travel, & Setup.  Normal event preparation begins at our warehouse about six hours prior to our start time.  Equipment is checked, doublechecked, cleaned, and finally loaded into the van.  Props and specialty items are prepared, and our arrival is scheduled about two hours prior to doors opening to your first guests.  Equipment is set up, sound checked for proper volume levels and prevention of annoying feedback, so that your first guest hears and sees perfection.
